World Dairy Expo Announces the 2017 Judges
These men complete the 16-judge roster that is responsible for placing more than 2,400 cattle expected to exhibit October 3 through 7 in Madison, Wis. They’ll bring experience judging nationally and internationally with them to Madison.


The complete list of judges for 2017 is as follows:

International Ayrshire Show:

International Brown Swiss Show:

International Guernsey Show:

International Holstein Show:

Experience Expo Year-Round
Did you miss a class in one of the dairy cattle shows? Want to see the crowning of the Supreme Champion? Highlights from every class are available on World Dairy Expo’s website. The videos show each individual animal, plus the final line-up and the judge’s reasons on the top 10 placings. The selection of Supreme Champion in its entirety is also found here. Travel Plans – Flights
World Dairy Expo recommends the following airports for travel to the show: The Dane County Regional Airport (MSN), located 20 minutes from World Dairy Expo; General Mitchell International Airport (MKE) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is a 1 ½-hour drive from Madison; O’Hare International Airport (ORD) in Chicago, Illinois is a 3-hour drive from World Dairy Expo.
Travel Plans – Hotels
It is never too early to plan for next year. You will find a list of hotels and information including room availability, rates and amenities, on the World Dairy Expo website. If you are having difficulty making reservations, please send me an email. It is best to make your reservations as soon as possible.
World Dairy Expo 50th Anniversary Book
The limited edition commemorative book, We Need a Show, gives insight into how Expo began, explores the struggles and successes over the years, and looks into what the future might hold. World Dairy Expo 50th Anniversary Print
World Dairy Expo’s commemorative painting is still available for purchase, capturing an image that combines all facets of Expo – spanning the five-decade history and showcasing iconic moments, animals and people. The painting was completed by artist Larry Schultz, of Sunny Beach Farm Studio. Prints can be ordered from the 50th Anniversary page.
